Purchases
Our plugins, Divi Accessibility Suite and Image Hotspot Maker, are sold through the Divi Marketplace operated by Elegant Themes. Orders, payments, invoices and downloads are handled by Elegant Themes and are also subject to the Divi Marketplace terms. Prices shown on this Website are in US dollars and may change; the price at checkout on the Divi Marketplace applies.
Licence
Our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL), the same licence used by WordPress. A purchase lets you use the plugin on unlimited websites, including client websites, and includes one year of support and updates from the purchase date.
Refunds
Purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests are handled through the Divi Marketplace under its refund policy.
Support & updates
Support is available for one year after purchase through a support ticket on the Divi Marketplace. Support covers help with installing, configuring and using the plugin as documented, and fixing bugs. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins or themes, or changes to your website’s code.
Compatibility
Our plugins require WordPress and Divi 5 and are not compatible with Divi 4. Please keep a backup of your website before installing or updating any plugin.
Accessibility disclaimer
Divi Accessibility Suite helps fix common accessibility issues and supports WCAG 2.1 best practices. However, accessibility depends on your whole website, including its content, design and other plugins. We do not guarantee that using the plugin will make your website fully compliant with any law or standard, and it is not legal advice.
No warranty
The Website and our plugins are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep them reliable but cannot promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divi Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Website or our plugins.
